Virtual reality seaside escape tested as stress buster for workers
NCT ID NCT07415239
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a short virtual reality (VR) experience of a seaside environment could help workers recover from stress. 60 healthy adults had stress induced in a lab, then either used the VR or read stress information. Researchers measured stress through saliva samples and self-ratings to see if VR helped them calm down faster.
