Summary
This study looked at whether a virtual reality (VR) experience can help healthy workers recover from stress faster. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to either a VR session or a control group after a stress-inducing task. Researchers measured stress using saliva samples and self-reported ratings to see if VR helped lower stress levels.
