First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining virtual reality (VR) exercises with a gentle brain stimulation technique (tDCS) can improve arm and hand movement in people who had a stroke at least three months ago. About 100 adults will be assigned to different therapy groups to see which approach works best. The goal is to find a more effective way to help stroke survivors regain daily living skills.
