Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week program called Vivo can help older adults (age 60+) with prediabetes improve leg strength and blood sugar levels. Participants were sedentary and had low physical function. The program was compared to a waitlist group. The goal was to see if Vivo could make daily activities easier and help manage prediabetes.
