First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether routine blood vessel tests can help identify depression in adults with chronic atrophic gastritis, a long-term stomach condition. About 520 participants will undergo standard artery scans alongside depression questionnaires. The goal is to see if these objective tests can reduce stigma and improve mental health referrals in regular gastroenterology clinics.
