NCT ID NCT05112289
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study uses MRI scans to better understand white matter hyperintensities (bright spots on brain images) in women with migraines. Researchers will compare these spots to those seen in small vessel ischemic disease and multiple sclerosis. The goal is to classify the underlying pathology, not to test a treatment. The study involves 50 participants and is observational in nature.
