Summary
This study looks at whether adding umami (savory) flavor to meals can help people eat fewer calories without feeling less satisfied. Researchers will test three different diets over two weeks each in 30 healthy adults. The goal is to see if umami can make lower-calorie foods more appealing and reduce overall food intake.
