Summary
This study aims to see if using wearable cameras, urine tests, blood samples, and online questionnaires can accurately measure what people eat outside of a lab. About 133 adults in Great Britain will use these tools over 5 weeks, including eating a set meal plan for 3 days. The goal is to create a low-burden, accurate way to track diet in everyday life.
