Summary

This study aims to see if using wearable cameras, urine tests, blood tests, and online questionnaires can accurately measure what people eat in their daily lives. Researchers will ask 133 adults in Great Britain to use these tools over 5 weeks, including eating a set meal plan for 3 days. The goal is to create a low-effort, accurate way to track diet outside of a clinic.
