Summary
This study is testing a harm reduction service designed specifically for transgender women, transgender men, and non-binary people in Thailand who have used substances or engaged in chemsex in the past year. The service aims to increase uptake of HIV prevention medication (PrEP), improve mental health, and reduce sexually transmitted infections. Around 140 HIV-negative participants will be followed for 12 months to see how well the program works.
