Summary
This study tested the safety of the drug tofacitinib in 10 adults with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) who had ongoing inflammation in the gut, skin, or lungs. Participants took tofacitinib pills for 3 months and were monitored for side effects and infections. The goal was to see if this drug could be a safer option for managing CGD-related inflammation.
