Summary
This study is for people aged 5 and older who have a disease related to blood clots, the immune system, or blood vessels, as well as their healthy relatives and unrelated healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand how these conditions start and change over time by collecting medical history, blood samples, and optional tests like heart function tests and imaging scans. Participants may return for follow-up visits for up to 7.5 years.
