Personalized workouts may keep seniors stronger longer
NCT ID NCT06449716
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a leg exercise program tailored to each person's muscle strength and speed could prevent age-related loss of muscle power. Eighty healthy adults aged 65-80 completed a 12-week training program. The goal was to see if personalized exercises work better than a one-size-fits-all approach for maintaining strength and mobility.
