First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether a leg exercise program tailored to each person's strength and speed could prevent age-related muscle decline. 80 healthy adults aged 65-80 followed a 12-week training plan. The goal was to see if personalized exercises improve muscle power and everyday function better than a one-size-fits-all approach.
