First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 35 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a personalized cell therapy called T-Plex for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, with up to 840 participants having HPV-related cancers like head and neck, cervical, or anal cancer.
