Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called T-Plex for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to recognize and attack multiple cancer-related targets. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with up to 840 participants expected.
