First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a combination of two drugs, LY3214996 and abemaciclib, can reach brain tumors in people with recurrent glioblastoma. About 42 participants took the drugs before surgery to remove their tumor. Researchers measured drug levels in the tumor tissue and spinal fluid to see how well they penetrate the brain.
