This study looked at how well two drugs, LY3214996 and abemaciclib, get into the brain tumors of people with recurrent glioblastoma. About 42 participants took the drugs before surgery to remove their tumor. Researchers measured drug levels in the tumor tissue and spinal fluid to see if the drugs can reach the brain effectively.
