First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how people's bodies react to stress in a pretend emergency room. Researchers will have 20 people who use meth and 10 healthy adults do public speaking and math tasks in a simulated ER. They will measure stress hormones, blood pressure, and heart rate to see if this setup feels like a real ER and how stress affects behavior.
