First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called utmbHealthyBrain is easy for older adults and their caregivers to use. The app includes drawing, Tai-Chi and meditation, and prayer reading, plus a share feature to connect with family. Over 6 weeks, 40 participants aged 50+ and their helpers will try the app at home. The goal is to see if people can use it three times a week, not to cure or treat any disease.
