First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding CPAP therapy for sleep apnea to standard lifestyle changes can improve blood sugar and blood pressure in people with prediabetes who are overweight. About 174 participants will use CPAP alongside a lifestyle program, and researchers will measure changes in glucose and morning blood pressure after 6 months. The goal is to find a new way to reduce diabetes risk in this high-risk group.
