Summary
This study looked at how common sleep apnea is in very overweight pregnant women and whether a breathing device (CPAP) can improve health for both mother and baby. 89 women with a BMI over 35 took part. The goal was to understand links between sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and pregnancy complications like preeclampsia.
