Summary

This study looks at healthy infants and toddlers to see how the fruits and vegetables they eat affect their skin and eyesight. Researchers will measure carotenoid levels in the skin and blood, and test vision over 6 visits from 4 to 24 months old. No treatment is given—only observation and measurements.
