Summary

This study is testing a new, simple questionnaire called SAPHIR that aims to measure how physically active people are. Researchers will compare the questionnaire results with data from a special activity monitor worn by 118 adults. The goal is to create an easy tool doctors can use to quickly assess and track physical activity in everyday patients.
