Summary
This study looks at whether a training program based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help university students improve their eating behaviors, mental health, and brain activity. Researchers will measure changes in eating habits, anxiety, depression, stress, and brain waves using EEG. The study involves 30 students from universities in Mexicali and Mexicali Valley.
