Summary

This study aims to see if a short, easy questionnaire called SAPHIR can accurately measure how active people are. Researchers will compare the questionnaire results with data from a special activity monitor worn by 118 adults. If successful, this tool could help doctors quickly assess physical activity without needing special equipment.
