Summary

This study tested whether sending emails or text messages (SMS) reminders encourages inactive volunteers to complete questionnaires in the Le French Gut e-cohort. Over 20,000 participants were randomly assigned to receive different types of reminders. The goal was to find the best way to keep people engaged in online health research.
