NCT ID NCT07212400

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study collects stool samples from 4 healthy adults to see if tiny viruses found in dairy foods (called phages) can help restore good gut bacteria after antibiotics. Researchers will use a lab system to mimic the gut and measure changes in the microbiome. No treatment is given to participants—only stool donation is required.
