Summary

This study looks at whether adding conversations about sexual pleasure to existing harm reduction services helps men and transgender people who use drugs in Thailand. Researchers will use a tool called the Pleasuremeter to measure sexual satisfaction and willingness to discuss pleasure. The goal is to improve sexual health and well-being in this group.
