Summary

This study looks at whether adding conversations about sexual pleasure to existing harm reduction services helps men who have sex with men and transgender people who use drugs during sex. Researchers will use a tool called the Pleasuremeter to measure sexual pleasure and see how willing participants are to discuss it. The goal is to improve sexual health and well-being for 300 people in Thailand.
