Summary
This study tested two drugs, serratiopeptidase and escin, to see which one better reduces swelling, jaw stiffness, and pain after impacted wisdom tooth surgery. Twenty-four healthy adults who needed two wisdom teeth removed took one of the drugs along with standard care. The goal was to find the best way to ease recovery after this common dental procedure.
