Summary

This study looks at how well a smartphone app works to help primary care clinics screen for and treat substance use disorders. About 60 adults who already have a primary care provider at Mayo Clinic will use the app to connect with care. The goal is to understand what helps or gets in the way of using this digital tool in real clinics.
