Summary
This study tested a school-based program to help teenagers with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, or stress. The program teaches skills like psychological flexibility and resilience using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 61 teens took part, and researchers compared their symptoms before and after the program to see if it helped.
