Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine, SAR448501/DR-0201, in adults with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. The goal is to find safe and tolerable doses by checking side effects and how the drug works in the body. About 62 participants will receive multiple doses and be followed for over a year.
