Summary

This study tests whether a daily supplement called Sabroxy® (made from the Oroxylum indicum tree bark) can improve insulin resistance and memory in 140 adults aged 40-80 with mild cognitive impairment and insulin resistance. Participants take either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks, and researchers measure changes in insulin resistance, cognitive test scores, and blood markers. The goal is to see if this natural supplement can help manage early metabolic and cognitive decline.
