Summary
This study tests a dietary supplement called Sabroxy® in 140 adults aged 40-80 who have both mild cognitive impairment (early memory loss) and insulin resistance (a pre-diabetic condition). Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo daily for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if Sabroxy® can improve how the body uses insulin and boost memory and thinking skills.
