Summary
This study tested a new drug called S227928, alone or with another drug (venetoclax), in people with certain blood cancers (AML, MDS/AML, or CMML) that returned or didn't respond to prior treatment. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if it could help control the cancer. The trial was stopped early after enrolling 13 people, so results are limited.
