New hope for tough blood cancers: first human trial launches

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called STX-0712 in people with advanced chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have run out of standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 105 participants will take part across multiple centers.
