Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called NMS-03592088 in 63 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) that had come back or not responded to standard treatments. The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the drug could shrink or control the cancer. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
