Summary

This early-stage trial is testing an experimental drug called RSC-1255, taken alone or with hydroxychloroquine, in people with advanced solid tumors (such as lung, colon, or pancreatic cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The study has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, and then checking for early signs of effectiveness. About 134 participants will be enrolled.
