New sealer may ease root canal pain, study finds

Summary
This study tested two different root canal sealers to see which one causes less pain after the procedure. 300 adults who needed a root canal were randomly assigned to receive either Endomethasone N (which contains hydrocortisone) or Endomethasone SP (without hydrocortisone). Participants recorded their pain levels over 7 days. The goal was to find out if the hydrocortisone-containing sealer reduces pain better.
