Summary

This study tests a new ready-to-use root canal sealer (PA1704) against a standard one (BioRoot RCS) in 160 adults needing a root canal. The goal is to see if the new sealer works just as well at keeping the tooth healthy and pain-free for 2 years. Participants get standard cleaning and filling, then are checked at 6, 12, and 24 months with X-rays and exams.
