Summary

This study tested two root canal sealers, Endomethasone N (with hydrocortisone) and Endomethasone SP (without), to see which one reduces pain better after a root canal. 300 adults needing root canal treatment were randomly assigned to one sealer and recorded their pain for 7 days. The goal was to find out if the hydrocortisone-containing sealer leads to less discomfort.
