Summary

This early-phase study tests an experimental oral drug, RGT-490, in adults with advanced solid tumors (including breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers) that have a specific genetic change called PIK3CA. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 63 participants whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take the drug daily.
