First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 37 times
Summary
This phase 2 trial tested a combination of two drugs (retifanlimab and epacadostat) plus radiation and bevacizumab in 51 patients with recurrent glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. The goal was to see if this mix could boost the immune system to fight the tumor and improve survival. The study measured how many patients were alive at 9 and 12 months, and tracked changes in neurological function.
