Summary

This study tested three remotely delivered programs to help 113 adults with depression, anxiety, and substance use related to COVID-19 stress. Participants either received an 8-week mindfulness course, online cognitive behavioral therapy, or standard remote monitoring and coaching. The goal was to see which approach best reduced depression symptoms and substance use over 24 weeks.
