Summary
This study tested three remote programs to help people with depression and substance use caused by COVID-19 stress. 113 adults from Cambridge Health Alliance took part. They either joined an 8-week online mindfulness class, an online therapy program, or received standard remote monitoring. The goal was to see which approach best reduced depression symptoms over 24 weeks.
