NCT ID NCT07087860

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with advanced bladder or urinary tract cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers want to see if filtering the blood (plasma exchange) before giving two approved cancer drugs can help the drugs work better. About 70 adults will take part, and the study compares the combination to usual next-step treatments.
