Summary
This early-stage study tests a single injection of a new drug called QLH2405 in 68 healthy volunteers and people with mild memory problems or mild Alzheimer's disease. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. This is a first step to see if the drug might help ease symptoms in the future.
