Summary
This study tests a personalized support program (PTBCARE+) for pregnant individuals at high risk of delivering early. The program includes stress-reduction tools, a website/app, and extra support during clinic visits. Researchers will compare stress levels and birth outcomes between those who get the program and those who receive usual care. About 1,228 participants will be enrolled.
